If you are using our payment method and your account is suspended or you cancel the billing you are eligible for a refund from Google. Google sends the refund within 14 days.
We will send the refund back to the original payment method that was used to pay on our website. The refund fee is 5% of the amount and all additional costs, depending on the payment method used.
